1. Guests are obliged to follow the rules of safe and cultural recreation during their stay in the Tatrzańskie Tarasy cottages.

3. The hotel day lasts from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:00 a.m. the next day.
4. The full amount of the stay is due on arrival. In the event of cancellation of part of the stay, later arrival or early departure of the cottages, regardless of the reason, no refund is due.
5. A guarantee deposit of PLN 500 is collected on the day of arrival and returned on the day of departure.
6. Payment of the deposit and collection of the keys constitutes acceptance of the booking conditions and regulations.
7. Only accommodated persons are entitled to use the cottages. When checking in, you are required to present an ID document with a photo of the person making the reservation.
8. In the event of the arrival of more people than declared during the reservation, the owner of the resort reserves the right to obtain additional fees from the customer or terminate the contract, which involves not making the house available to the customer or leaving it by the customer.
9. Transferring the houses to third parties is prohibited.
10. The collection and return of the house always takes place in the presence of the owner or a person authorized by him. Please inform the owner in advance of your planned departure time.
11. Guests are responsible for the proper use of the cottage equipment. In the event of damage, they must immediately notify the owner. They bear full financial responsibility for any damage or deficiencies in the house’s equipment caused by the guests’ fault.
12. Defects in equipment and property should be reported immediately to the owner of the facility.
13. It is prohibited to repair or modernize the equipment in the cottages on your own.
14. Night curfew applies in the resort from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
15. The owner of the resort is not responsible for items belonging to guests left in the cottages or on the premises of the resort, as well as for damage or theft of cars left in the parking lot of the resort.
16. Please exercise due care when closing windows and doors and turning off the lights in the houses.
17. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the cottages.
18. In case of non-compliance with the regulations, the owner of the resort reserves the right to immediately terminate the contract.
19. In matters not regulated in these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Act on Tourist Services shall apply.
